This past Saturday, men and women from Missio Dei Church gathered together to hear from Pastor Paul Vroom and Elder Nathan Phillips about what it means to lead a Missional Community. I had the privilege to attend this training and thought the content that was taught was worth sharing with everyone. 

During out time together, we had the following agenda:

2. Purpose
3. Theological/Biblical Underpinnings of Christian Community
4. Functions of a Missional Community (Missional Community Diagram)
5. Soma Missional Community Video
6. Expectations of Missional Communities and Leaders
7. Closing Prayer

We then walked through this agenda. Click here to download the handouts for the training from this weekend. This was a great time of teaching and hearing from one another. We shared our hopes and dreams for our community (both gathered and scattered).
