Administration Ministry
Philosophy/Values
The main objective of this ministry is to maintain a fund-handling system that will support MD Church as it grows and create procedures to protect church funds and reputations of those involved.
"We take this course so that no one should blame us about this generous gift that is being administered by us, for we aim at what is honorable not only in the Lord's sight but also in the sight of man" (2 Corinthians 8:20-21 ESV).
The Administration Ministry is primarily focused on the finances of the Church. We also have a strong commitment to the privacy and integrity of our member's personal information. We properly safeguard our systems with the use of technology and processes.
It is our desire to serve this ministry with prudence and discretion - all members of the administration ministry agree not to misuse, sell, or otherwise distribute information about MD Church members. We will, however, encourage the sharing of contact information of members with newcomers in efforts to build our church community.

Our goal is to wisely steward the finances of MD Church while preserving and safeguarding the information of those we serve.

Purpose: Congregational ministries must follow the steps outlined in these procedures to ensure funds are properly allocated and recorded.
