Reformed Church in America
Missio Dei Church is a part of the Reformed Church in America.
Reformed Church in America congregations can be found in many shapes, sizes, and settings: large or small, informal or formal, traditional or contemporary, urban or rural. Each local congregation exists to welcome others into a community of people who are worshiping Christ, growing in faith, and serving their neighbors.
This welcoming spirit is also at the heart of Our Call, the RCA's ten-year goal to revitalize existing congregations and start new congregations.
Reformed faith deals with the power of God in human life; it is faith that is continuous, communal, and centered in Christ.
Peace Community Church
Many church plants are launched out of dissatisfaction or because of a church split, but Missio Dei's launch was healthy! Missio Dei Church was birthed out of a dream of the leadership and membership of Peace Community Church in Frankfort, IL. Peace Community Church has offered generous financial support, early on an office (we now have our own), spiritual guidance and care, and had also blessed MDC with some of its members to start this new church!
Camp Manitoqua
Camp Manitoqua's (a ministry of the Reformed Church in America) ministry to the southwest suburbs of Chicago and even surrounding states is invaluable! Here is one way that we support this ministry!

Grace Fellowship Church
Missio Dei Church believes that the work of the Kingdom of God is not something to do in isolation, but to be done in community with other churches. Grace Fellowship Church which is lead by John Morlan, is considered a friend and colleague in ministry to Mokena and the Lincoln-way area.
Covenant Eyes
Internet pornography is huge problem in our society and honestly Christians and their leaders are not exempt from it. Because of this, the leadership of Missio Dei Church wants to safe-guard the church and its leaders from this temptation. We proudly ask that anyone who desires to be an elder candidate, or is an elder or pastor to use Covenant Eyes.
